LegiSpace is proud to be the trusted system provider for Holubová Advokáti, a mid-sized law firm with a long-standing presence in Prague. Our collaboration began in 2020 with the goal of digitalizing their operations and automating daily routines.

Challenge

Before partnering with LegiSpace, Holubová Advokáti faced several operational challenges:

  • Lack of a Centralized System: Information was not unified, with data stored on a local server and an on-premises system for client management. This setup lacked integration with external tools and registries.
  • Data Duplication: Important data was often duplicated across systems and individual computers.
  • Manual Invoicing: Invoices were processed separately based on paper records from lawyers.
  • Non-standardized Work Reporting: Time tracking and reporting were inconsistent and handled manually, leading to inaccuracies.
  • Manual Task Management: Task organization and collaboration relied on informal agreements, with no automated deadline tracking. Searching for information in registries and on websites was a manual process.

Our solution:

Since 2020, we have been working with Holubová Advokáti to digitalize their operations.

Key improvements include:

  • Centralized Data Storage: All data is now stored in one place, thanks to LegiSpace’s integration capabilities with other tools such as YouTrack JetBrains for project and task management and Fakturoid for automatic invoice generation.
  • Data Migration and Cloud Security: We are currently migrating data and documents to a secure cloud environment Microsoft 365.
  • Real-Time Information Access: With LegiSpace, the firm now has up-to-date information through registry integrations (e.g. Czech Registry of Insolvency).
  • Efficient Work Reporting: Lawyers can now report their work easily from anywhere, using smart features for quick and accurate time tracking, leading to one-click invoice creation.
  • Case-Centric Data Management: All information is recorded in a simple CRM system that is part of our platform, ensuring all case-related data is easily accessible.
  • Automated Deadline and Registry Monitoring: Automatic tracking of deadlines and changes in registries helps avoid missed deadlines and manual searches.
  • Enhanced Reporting and Decision-Making: Comprehensive reports based on all data enable easier and more informed decision-making.
  • Cognitive Assistant Development: We are also developing a cognitive assistant based on Microsoft Azure AI that can answer any data analysis-related questions and assist in document preparation and processing.
